The Conductive Education Program helps people with motor difficulties through a program that blends education and rehabilitation, to improve function, problem solving and self-esteem.
Accessibility Services provide specialized services which enhance personal mobility and provide better community access. The Assistive Devices Program provides some funding for devices such as wheelchairs and walkers. The Home and Vehicle Modification Program map provides financial assistance for modifications to a vehicle and/or a disabled persons home. The individual may need to pay for a portion of the modification, dependent on their income.
The Post-Polio Services offer emotional assistance and support, as well as information and public awareness.
The Stroke Recovery Program assists with reintegration into community and work for stroke survivors, as well as support for the family and caregiver.
Employment Services offer services to help people with disabilities prepare for employment or to return to work.
Recreation and Integration Services provides recreation and leisure, and social activities for people with disabilities.

For existing consumers, palliative support can be offered when appropriate.
